The Board of Patrons, the Permanent Commission, the President and the Director are the governing bodies that administer, manage and represent IBEI in accordance with the allocation of competences set out in the Foundation's Statutes.

The Scientific Council is responsible for guaranteeing and supervising all matters related to the academic excellence of the Institute's activities.
