IBEI Summer School in Global Politics and Policy

Dates

The summer school is taking place from 19 - 30 June, 2023.

Format

The 2023 edition of the IBEI Summer School in Global Politics and Policy is taking place in face to face format.

Delivery of Courses 

Each 6-hour course will take in two-hour sessions per day during three days or three-hour sessions per day during two days. Besides this schedule, there will be time planned for personal interactions with the professor where you can take the opportunity to comment your research or project with one of these prime academic figures of the International Relations field.

Certificate

At the conclusion of the Summer School, participants will receive a certificate for the number of hours attended. All IBEI courses require an average of twice the lecture hours for readings, pre-readings and class preparation. Upon previous request, IBEI faculty can provide an assessment of the courses, and the grade obtained can be included into the certificate, in case students aim to transfer them into ECTS credits.

ECTS Credits

Participants have the opportunity to gain ECTS credits if they are recognized by their universities.

  • 6 hour course: 1 credit = Complete the course + daily assignments / project work

Minimum required: 3 ECTS credits. Participants have to enrol a minimum of 3 courses (6h) to be able to gain ECTS credits.
