The Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera and IBEI offer scholarships within the Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera Masters of Excellence programme for the Master's in International Relations and for the Master’s in International Security. These merit-based scholarships cover the full tuition fees. Applicants must have Spanish nationality and demonstrate an excellent academic record. Indra Sistemas, the global consulting, technology, innovation and talent company, and IBEI offer full tuition fee grants for the Master’s in International Security in order to educate future professionals in the field of security studies. The application form for the master's programmes includes the option to apply for this grant.
The Fundación Carolina, an institution that promotes cultural relations and cooperation between Spain and the Iberoamerican Community of Nations in the fields of education and science, awards together with IBEI tuition fee waivers for the Master's in International Relations, the Master's in International Security and the Master's in International Development. These grants are targeted at students from one of the Iberoamerican Community of Nations member states.

The Erasmus Mundus Master’s Program in Public Policy (Mundus MAPP) is a 2-year-long international Masters course co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. Four leading European universities joined forces to deliver Mundus MAPP: Central European University in Budapest (Hungary), the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University in the Hague (The Netherlands), and the University of York (UK) and the IBEI.
