The integration processes are by nature dynamics. The interdependence of political and economic factors, at both the local and international levels, allows us to analyse the statement and challenges of the integration processes in Latin America.
César Landa is Doctorate in Law from the University Alcalá de Henares (Spain). Pos-doctorate at the University of Bayreuth and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Germany). Professor of Constitutional Law at the Catholic University of Peru. Visiting Scholar at the Pompeu Fabra University. Former President of the Peruvian Constitutional Court and former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Peru, Vice President of the International Association of Constitutional Law and member of the Peruvian Society of International Law. He has published several books and articles about constitutionalism and the Inter-American system. He has been awarded the Grand Cross of the "Orden del Sol del Perú", "Al Mérito del Servicio Diplomático del Perú José Gregorio Paz Soldán" and the Grand Cross of the Order "Al Mérito por Servicios Distinguidos".
