Anaclara González holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the Catholic University of Uruguay (Montevideo), and completed her studies with a Master in International Affairs from the Blanquerna-Ramon Llull University. After completing her studies, Anaclara started her professional career at the Uruguayan Ministry of Tourism as a Project Manager assistant, and shortly after moving to Barcelona, joined ESADE as a research assistant. Her research work focused on the analysis and promotion of gender equality in educational and research settings.
