Vacancy | Alumni and Career Services Technician and Executive Support

We are looking for a professional with experience in talent management, student services management, with skills in fostering community participation. The candidate must also have skills in organising events and other department-related initiatives. It is essential to have an advanced level of English and demonstrate empathy, autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.

The main functions will focus on:

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

  • Prepare and manage IBEI internships: liaison with students, management, institutions, and IBEI staff, as necessary.
  • Guide students on professional tools and resources and facilitate interaction with academic staff, if necessary.
  • Manage career skills: with students, alumni, and speakers.
  • Assist in identifying career skills needs and organising them.
  • Assist in conceptualising an IBEI Professional Development Portal.
  • Ensure the maintenance, growth, and management of the Institution's Internship and Job Market.

ALUMNI ACTIVITIES

  • Support in organising activities.
  • Revitalise IBEI alumni platforms.
  • Support in establishing territorial and sectoral chapters.
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of the Alumni Directory.
  • Any other function related to establishing alumni programme activities.

ALUMNI INCENTIVE SYSTEM

  • Support in establishing a system of discounts, benefits, and incentives for former students.

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

  • Support management in organising meetings and other specific tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in talent management, Human Resources departments, or career counselling services.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Empathetic person.
  • Versatile person.
  • Adaptability.
  • Teamwork.
  • Autonomy.
  • Experience in organising activities.
  • Advanced level of English.
