Research Fellowship 2018: Cátedra Telefónica
The Cátedra Telefonica de Política y Regulación de las Telecomunicaciones e Internet América-Latina Europa invites applications up to 3 months Visiting Researcher position in the area of telecommunications policy and regulation in Europe & Latino America. The research will be conducted at IBEI’s headquarters in Barcelona.
During the visiting period, the successful candidate will write a working paper and will teach seminars or courses related to telecommunications policy and regulation. We can offer a fellowship up to 5000 EUR for payment, travelling and accommodation.
Applicants should submit, by February, 28th 2018, a long CV, the names of three references, and a letter of application, including a discussion of the research to be pursued and the time period. The Cátedra Telefónica de Política y Regulación de las Telecomunicaciones e Internet has been created to facilitate telecommunications and Internet policy benchmarking between Europe and Latin America trough international seminars, papers and research activities. Telecommunications policy scholars from Barcelona’s universities and decision-makers from Europe and Latino America are taking part in the Cátedra activities.
