Carlos López holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management Development, Master’s Degree in Economic and Financial Management by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2009 and BA in Economics by Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2000. Since 2009 he is Head of Administration at IBEI. Its functions include planning and financial management, budget, and treasury of the Institute. He is also responsible for the staff management —including risk prevention and management of employees— assets, purchases, and contracts.
