Andrea C. Bianculli and Diego Badell coordinated a group of 8 students from different IBEI master's programs, who actively served as rapporteurs in the Forum. Rapporteurs collected the contributions and proposals put forward by almost one hundred experts, researchers, and civil society representatives during the two-day forum.

The agenda of the event focused on interregional cooperation between Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) and the European Union (EU) in three main areas: climate change adaptation and mitigation, just energy transition and inclusive digital transformation.

The final document will be taken to the bi-regional dialogue that will take place at the EU-CELAC summit of Heads of State and Governments in Brussels on July 17 and 18, which is organized under the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
