Biografía
Steve Biedermann is a PhD candidate at the Chair of International Relations at University of Jena (Germany) where he also serves as a Research and Teaching Associate. His research interests include, among others, formal and informal international organizations, global governance and international order(s). In his PhD project, he aims to shed light on the question of why states choose to act through informal international organizations (IIGOs) by applying a multi-theoretical perspective to reach a more comprehensive understanding regarding this phenomenon. Steve studied Political Science with a focus on international organizations and International Relations in Jena and Odense (Denmark).
