Presented by Lesley-Ann Daniels, Post-doctoral Researcher AXA Research Fund at IBEI.

The goal of this presentation is to address the changes in conflict brought about by the growing use of information technologies. Specifically, I hope to address how the cyber impacts the way we protect individuals and secure the state.

In addition, he is Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Georgetown University's Center for Security Studies (CSS), where he lectures on cyberwar. Fahrenkrug was a member of the United States Forces for 26 years, where he held, among other positions, the one responsible for the strategic analysis of war conflicts.
