If a registered participant chooses to withdraw from the programme, they should contact IBEI. Withdrawals are eligible for a partial refund in line with these criteria:

• Before Tuesday 21 February 2023: 75% of tuition fees
• From Tuesday 21 February to Monday 27 February 2023: 50% of tuition fees
• From Tuesday 28 February 2023: No refund
• Only due to exceptional circumstances such as illness or denial of visa, the refund could be 100% of the tuition fees
