The IBEIMUN, the Model United Nations team from the Institut de Barcelona d´Estudis Internacionals (IBEI), is actively fundraising to make our participation to HNMUN possible.

The IBEI is a distinguished institution dedicated to International Relations, recognized as an inter-university Institute by the Generalitat of Catalonia's Department of Universities. Our entirely student-run team consists of 13 members from 9 different countries.

In February 2009, our team will be attending the Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) conference in Boston, USA. The conference is the most prestigious simulation of its kind and a unique chance for us to interact with thousands of students from around the world. However, it will cost us over 1.300 euros per student in travel, hotel and conference fees to attend; an amount we hope to reduce significantly through a variety of fundraising efforts.
        
In order for us to participate, we are seeking sponsorship from outside sources. We would be extremely grateful if you would be willing to contribute to our initiative. We believe this would be a perfect opportunity to support educational initiatives and demonstrate a commitment to the future leaders of tomorrow. 

 In return for your contributions, we would happily publicly mention and thank you on our website, during interviews and all public events we will organize.
